This month’s newsletter is going to use Billy Graham’s message to the nation as a spring board for a wake up call to the voters of America concerning the biblical principles that Mr. Graham sites. This ministry believes that in order for our Nation to remain one nation under God we must position ourselves under His rule and obey His principles and instructions above the rule of man.
A Message for the Nation From Billy Graham: The legacy that we leave behind to our children, grandchildren and this great Nation is crucial. As I approach my 94th birthday, I realize this election could be my last. I believe that it is vitally important that we cast our ballots for candidates who base their decisions on biblical principles and support the Nation of Israel. I urge you to vote for those who protect the sanctity of life and support the biblical definition of marriage between a man and a woman. Vote for biblical values this November 6th, and pray with me that America will remain one nation under God.

Keys to the Nations Prosperity: In the word of God we have been given a mandate to bless Israel and pray for peace in Jerusalem. We hear a lot about change in this country. Real change will only come when we do it the Lords way. The Lord spoke to Abram and said this concerning the nation that would come from his loins.
Gen 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
The psalmist instructs us further: Psa 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem : they shall prosper that love thee.
America has been a prosperous and powerful nation in the world. It has been a homeland and safe place for the Jews; as well as a loyal ally to the state of Israel. Our economic decline is directly related to our dealings with Israel, and how like Israel we have sinned against our creator.
History bares witness to the reality of the above scripture. Superpower Nations have fallen because of the reality of this curse.
In addition Jonathan Cahn in his book “The Harginger” calls for America to wake up and understand the judgments of the Lord upon this land are a call for repentance. He makes a point that America is following the same pattern as Israel. This is a must read for every American.
See Jonathan Cahn on Sid Roth:
For further look at the consequences of cursing Israel I highly recommend the book “Eye to Eye” by White House correspondent William Koenig.
For this Nation of ours to prosper it behooves us to bless the nation of Israel, which is contrary to what took place at the United Nations on October 16th. Our UN ambassador Sandra Rice made an official statement, “The US does not accept the legitimacy of Israeli settlement activity, and will continue to oppose any efforts to legalize outposts.” Speaking at the Security Council Open Debate on the Middle East, Rice emphasized: “The fate of existing settlements must be dealt with by the parties along with other permanent-status issues.” Statements like this are “land for peace statements”, which are contrary to the biblical narrative. This sounds to me like another “harbinger” in the making.
Connecting the Dots: A call to prayer has gone out from this ministry for the Lord to have mercy upon this nation, concerning the approaching tropical storm Sandy, that is heading for the east coast. Sandy is being called “a perfect storm” and seems to have the signature of the Lord upon it. His signature of blessing and of curse is that of the number seven and any multiple thereof. (remember the stock market crash had His signature 777)
According to meteorologists the rare weather conditions that create a “perfect storm” only happen every 100 years or so. However a “perfect storm” hit America just 21 (7X3) years ago.
It was reported to be the most powerful storm ever affecting the east coast from Maine to Florida. Then President George H. W. Bush’s own home in Maine was heavily damaged. The worst storm in our countries history, up until that time, followed the Israeli “land for peace talks” that were held on US soil during the Madrid conference of1991.
One of the many statements that President Bush made at that time, was, “We believe territorial compromise is essential for peace”. This statement is very much like the recent statement made in the UN by Sandra Rice. Is another “perfect storm” following “land for peace talk” a coincidence? You decide. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and cast your vote for those that will support Israel.

If we are to remain “One Nation under God” we must be a nation that will honor the Lord and obey His Word. We must learn to love what He loves and hate what He hates. We must as a nation repent of our sins against Him and conform to His ways. As a nation our laws should not be in opposition to His guidance and instruction found in the Old and the New Testaments. One of the key issues in this election for some states will be the defining of the word marriage.
Genesis 2:18 “Then the LORD God said, ‘It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.’” ~ Then the Lord created woman…a helper fit for the man."
Genesis 1:27-28 "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
It is clear in scripture that marriage was instituted by God and very clear that it is between a man and a woman.
1 Corinthians 7:2 "But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband."
To change the biblical meaning of marriage to mean something other than a union between one man and one woman is in opposition to a Holy God who created Adam and Eve and instituted the first union of marriage between one man and one woman.
1828 Webster’s definition of marriage is as follows : The act of uniting a man and woman for life; wedlock; the legal union of a man and woman for life… Regardless of how one might feel about the rights of two individuals of the same sex wanting to have a life together, their union is not and will never be a marriage by the biblical definition. Powerful gay activists push for same sex marriage laws that actually work to undermine and destroy Christian doctrine. We who continue to stand up for the Christian definition of marriage as one man and one woman are then considered to be homophobic and hateful. When in fact just the opposite is true; we are defending Christian doctrine and our love for the Lord who has created us in His image.
At present there are 42 states that define marriage as the union of one man and one woman. Thirty one states have added amendments banning same sex unions to their constitutions. There are eight states that recognize or will soon recognize same sex marriages, and a total of six plus the District of Columbia that recognize some form of same-sex civil unions or domestic partnerships. The following map is a visual of where we are today concerning same sex partnerships in the United States.
Laws regarding same-sex partnerships in the United States

Sound the Alarm!!!
"Blow you the trumpet in Zion,
and sound an alarm in my holy mountain:
let all the inhabitants of the land tremble:
for the day of the LORD comes,
for it is near at hand" Joel 2:1
