Starting on March 21st and ending on April 19th this year is the Biblical month of Nisan.  It is during the month of Nisan that the Greatest Miracle of all time took place.  The resurrection of Jesus the Messiah took place on the 17th of Nisan during the Feast of First Fruits.  

The Bible records seven feasts of the Lord that paint a prophetic picture of the Coming of the Messiah.  The first three feasts of the Lord occur during the month of Nisan.  These feasts were fulfilled by Yeshua at His first coming. They are Passover, Unleavened Bread and First Fruits, and a detailed account of these feasts can be found at our website:  www.sweetmanna.org   

All seven feasts were to be rehearsed until their “appointed time” of fulfillment.   There is an appointed time for all of His-story.  Nothing that God does is any coincidence.  It is with great precision that the dates for His appointed times were set in place.

The 17th of Nisan represents for us the greatest miracle ever recorded.  Yeshua defeated death and the grave for us, becoming the First fruit of many.  We, who are in Messiah, are the many.  Because of what Yeshua has accomplished for us, we will pass from this life into life eternal.  Death has lost its sting because we have been redeemed.  
There were six other appointed miracles of God that were assigned to be foreshadows of redemption that took place on this exact date.  The resurrection of Yeshua on Nisan 17th would have been the seventh sign of redemption.  The following six preceded the resurrection, all on Nisan 17th.

Noah’s ark came safely to rest on Mt. Ararat.  Gen.  8:4

The Hebrews entered Egypt on the exact day that they departed 430 years later, 17th of Nisan.

Moses led the Hebrews through the parting of the Red Sea.  Ex. 3:18, Ex. 5:3

They eat the fruit of the land on the 17th of Nisan Ex. 12:37-39

The walls of Jericho fell.  Jos. 5:13

The Jewish people were delivered from Haman’s plot to obliterate them.  Est. 3:12, Est. 12:5

I bring these things to your attention because I want to extol the awesomeness of our God.  He put all this in place at creation!  According to Raphael Ben Levi, mathematician’s calculate the odds of the above events occurring on the same date to be:  783 quadrillion, 864 trillion, 876 billion, 960 million to one!  In other words, only the creator of the Universe could have done this, because only He is able to do the impossible.

Just as the feasts of the Lord tell of the "coming of the Messiah," this same gospel message is written in the stars and each month of the year is represented by a sign that tells a portion of the gospel message.  We can only conclude that these “appointed times” were fixed at the time of creation. 

The sages say that the Lord put the planets and the stars in place, named them and then told Adam their names and this information was passed on from generation to generation until Satan totally perverted the message in the stars.  He changed the message that was all about the coming Messiah to feed the ego of fallen man, and he made the message all about the birthdate of mankind influencing his personality.  Satan changed the message from "all about Yeshua," to "all about me." 

This perversion is astrology and it is forbidden for the people of God.  However, because of ancient manuscripts being uncovered, we are able to return to the "ancient path," and discover the true meaning of the Zodiac.

The story in the Heavens is divided into twelve signs and within each sign are three constellations. The sun travels through these twelve divisions in a year. This course of travel is called Zodiac which means a way or a path.  As the sun follows the path it enters a sign that presents a part of the gospel story in picture form.  The path of the sun begins in the sign of the Virgin and the cycle ends in the sign of the Lion each year.  For more details, see our study on the Signs in the Heavens at our website.

During the month of Nisan, the sun will enter the sign of the Lamb.  Within the sign are the constellations, The Enthroned Woman, The Sea Monster, and The Breaker.  The story is told by the names of the constellations and of the stars.  The main star in the sign of the Lamb is located in the forehead of the Lamb and its name is El Nath and it means the pierced, wounded or slain. 

I hope this next sentence blows your mind as it did mine when I read it.  According to E. W. Bullinger author of  THE WITNESS OF THE STARS, on the 14th of Nisan (the day of the cross) in the year of the crucifixion, the sun stood at the position of the star El Nath, which means pierced, wounded, slain, announcing the crucifixion.  How awesome is our God

Sound the Alarm!!!!!

"Blow you the trumpet in Zion,

and sound an alarm in my holy mountain:

let all the inhabitants of the land tremble:

for the day of the LORD comes,

for it is near at hand" Joel 2:1

Barraziggar- Sacrifice of Righteousness

The most ancient name for the sign of the Lamb was, Barraziggar, meaning The Sacrifice of Righteousness.  No wonder Satan was recklessly determined on changing these signs. 

The story being told during the month of Nisan is of a Lamb being slain to set the woman free, no longer bound, so she can be enthroned and seated near her King. 

The sea monster is pictured as trodden under foot and the rebel bound and chained.

Within the picture of the Breaker who we know to be Messiah, is His glorious victory.  Pictured in one hand is a sword to smite the enemy and in the other hand He carries the Rosh Satan, the head of Satan, whom the Lord has slain.

Let me list for you the names of a few additional stars that tell this miraculous story.

El Natik, means wounded or slain

Al Sheratan, means the bruised, the wounded

Mesartim, means the bound

El Seder, means the freed

Set, means set up as Queen

Schedir, means the freed

Caph, means the branch

Menkar, means the bound, or chained enemy

Diphda, means overthrown or cast down

Mira, means the rebel

Mirfak, means who helps

Al Genib, means who carries away

Athik, means who breaks

For more than two thousand five hundred years the world was without the written word, however, it was not without the greatest story ever told, for it was pictured in the heavens for all to see.  Let us not miss the signs of our day.

Let me close with these thoughts.  The fall feasts are the prophetic view of our Lord’s second coming and they will be fulfilled with exactly the same precision as were the spring feasts. 

The heavens declare the glory of the Lord and likewise they declare His victorious second coming in the sign of the Lion, which was appointed for the month of Tishri.

This would be our September/October.
