February Signs from Heaven increase as the earth reels from the shaking of the Lord as He cries for His people to repent.
February Newsletter from David Doland in Israel is reeling with signs of war as Prime Minister is re-elected.
It Is Prophesied In Scripture that before the end time dictator known as the Anti-Christ can be revealed; first there must be a “falling away” from the faith. The Greek word for "falling away" is Strong’s G646 apostasia and it means “defection from the truth” and it is where we get our English word apostasy.
A close examination of the word means that those that once had the truth will depart from the truth to believe something other than the truth, i.e. Lies and doctrines of demons.
Jesus warned us of the apostasy when He said, “And then many will fall away, and they will betray one another, and they will hate one another.” 1
This is a condition that describes what much of Christianity will look like in the last days. What makes it so shocking to me is that this departure from truth is coming from the leadership within “The Church”, the pulpit, our seminaries, and TV evangelists.
Paul speaks of the coming apostasy when he writes to those in Thessalonia Greece telling them not to believe those that are saying that “The Day of the Lord” 2 has already come. He tells them, not to be deceived, for the tribulation will not come before the “falling away” and after will come the Anti-Christ.3
Satan, the father of lies, will posses this end-time dictator, who will lead the world into the greatest deception that has ever been seen. Many lies will be perpetrated as the truth. The strategy of the spirit of Anti-Christ is that if something is heard often enough it will be believed as truth.
A culture of deception is being prepared for the rule of Anti-Christ. A great delusion will cover the face of the earth and what truth is will not be apparent. We could be deceived by the sound of words that seem good to us. Therefore, a standard for the truth is going to be crucial for those that are seekers of truth and for those who want to come out of the great deception.
WHAT IS TRUTH and what is the standard for truth? Jesus taught that He is the truth and the only way to have eternal life with the Father in heaven. 4
In the gospel of John, we are taught that Jesus is the Word and He was in the beginning with God and all things were made by Him. In Him is life, and He is the Word made flesh, full of grace and truth and He walked among us. 5
As Believers we establish the truth as Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus the Christ). He was the Word made flesh. Therefore the Word of God is the truth. This and only this is our standard to measure truth. Anything contrary to His Word is apostasy, i.e. a defection from the truth. 6
The Truth is revealed from Genesis to Revelation. Within the Bible is the telling of History in advance of it happening. The Old Testament is the New concealed and the New Testament is the Old revealed. Therefore we cannot throw out the Old as some apostate teachers do.
When Paul wrote to Timothy and exhorted him saying: “Study earnestly to present yourself approved to God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth 7 the New Testament was not in existence. Paul was writing a letter to Timothy at that time encouraging him to study the only Covenant that was available, the five books of Moses, the Psalms, and the Prophets.
Jesus quoted the Old Testament 84 times and there is a total of 684 times that the New Testament writers referred to the Old Testament.

Let me introduce you to a few watchmen on wall. In the midst of this growing apostasy there are those who are sounding the alarm. My prayer is that my readers have ears to hear and eyes to see, and hearts that seek the truth no matter what it may cost them.

A Quote from Charles Dickens: A Tale of Two Cities
“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness,”
The book was written in the 1800’s comparing its day with the 1700’s. He could have just as easily been prophesying about our day. We are living at this time in history, in the "best of times," as well as the "worst of times."
It is the “best of times,” because we who are in Christ will see the promise of His glory cover the earth. It is the “worst of times” because of the great apostasy that will take place before “His Appearing.”
The “best” part of living in this day of apostasy is the expectation that the Rapture of the Bride is near. The “worst” part is fear for those that must endure the wrath of God; fear that they will not repent.
Apostasy (pron.: /əˈpɒstəsi/; Greek: ἀποστασία ( apostasia), 'a defection or revolt', from ἀπό, apo, 'away, apart', στάσις, stasis, 'stand, 'standing') is the formal disaffiliation from or abandonment or renunciation of a religion by a person.
In other words "Apostasy" means to fall away from the truth. One who once believed and then rejected the truth and rebelled against God. In the Old Testament God warned the Jewish people about their idolatry and their lack of trust in Him. In the New Testament as stated above, there are warnings about not falling away from the truth. Apostasy is a very real and dangerous threat and cannot be ignored.
Sound the Alarm!!!
"Blow you the trumpet in Zion,
and sound an alarm in my holy mountain:
let all the inhabitants of the land tremble:
for the day of the LORD comes,
for it is near at hand" Joel 2:1
